When submitting anything to Costume Maker Magazine (though not to the site galleries), the following terms apply.

Concerning Rights and Ownership of Submitted Items
The artist/submitter retains all right and ownership of the items while Costume Maker Magazine is allowed to use them in promotions, articles, etc. online or in print, unless the artist/submitter requests that we do not.

1. You accept that your submission may be used in the magazine, on the website, and/or for promotional purposes.

2. If a picture is submitted, the model in the picture must be informed of and/or okay with his/her picture appearing on the website or in the magazine.

3. You must be the creator/photographer (unless the image is of you)/writer of any written work or images/photography you submit. You may not submit work created by someone else and none of the content can be plagiarized.

5. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to submit.

6. Costume Maker Magazine will make all effort to ensure the accuracy of information appearing alongside submissions on the website or in the magazine, but cannot be held liable for printing mistakes or typos. If you notice anything wrong on the website, please notify Lina at lina@costumemakermagazine.com.

When submitting something, you will be asked whether or not you agree to the Terms and Agreements. These rules are subject to change, so make sure to check for updates. ^^
